Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to PostingPilot founder preorders, subscriptions, credits, implementation services, and related purchases unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
1. Founder preorder fit promise
Founder preorder customers are helping shape an early-stage product. If PostingPilot is not a fit after your founder onboarding, contact us within 14 days after your onboarding starts and we will review the situation in good faith. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer extra setup help, product credits, a partial refund, or a full refund.
2. Refund request window
Unless otherwise stated in writing, refund requests for founder preorders must be submitted within 14 days after founder onboarding begins or within 30 days after purchase, whichever comes first.
3. Pilot Credits, credit packs, and subscriptions
Pilot Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Consumed Pilot Credits, AI generations, media renders, usage-based costs, completed provider requests, and third-party processing costs are non-refundable unless we decide otherwise in writing. Credit packs and subscription allowances are generally final once purchased or once the billing period begins, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
Daily allowances, generation limits, throttling, provider outages, beta limits, plan limits, or anti-abuse restrictions are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund. If a technical issue causes an incorrect credit deduction, we may restore credits, issue replacement credits, provide support, or offer another remedy at our discretion.
4. Other non-refundable items
Custom implementation work, strategy sessions, done-for-you services, expedited work, third-party fees, chargeback fees, and completed custom deliverables may be non-refundable.
5. Lifetime Access purchases
Lifetime Access is tied to the purchasing customer/account and is not automatically transferable. A refund may cancel founder access, credits, promotional benefits, and any related workspace privileges.
6. Abuse and chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive usage, policy violations, account sharing to bypass limits, bulk generation intended to drain provider resources, or attempts to obtain services without payment. If you open a chargeback, access, Pilot Credits, credit packs, subscriptions, founder access, and workspace privileges may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@postingpilot.ai with the purchasing email, business name, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the applicable payment processor.
